I should get refund for the stay there where u had to buy my own toiletries and disburse the trash cans by myself, and the reason is the front desk is short of staff, ok was that considered in the rate I paid??????

we love the outdoor pool and our grandkids came over two of the days to swim. The location it’s close to all three of my daughters families and we have stayed there before but it hasn’t really recovered fully from the Covid shut down. they seemed short on cleaning staff for the rooms and towels. The Internet was down on and off for two days which was quite annoying and the worst thing was the dining facilities had not opened up since Covid. I think they’re trying and the staff was very accommodating but they were just so many things they couldn’t do. I would be willing to give them another chance after things get back to speed and the restaurants open back up.
